5. il paradosso campano è caratterizzato dal fatto che i politici non hanno il coraggio di guidare i processi politici: la costruzione del cd. “Ciclo dei rifiuti” è un processo politico che richiede consenso e informazione dei cittadini e accordo tra le Istituzioni, eppure in Campania viene governato da 14 anni da ex prefetti et alia (cioè poliziotti, con il massimo rispetto per il loro lavoro, per carità!) in modo (ovviamente perché senza consenso) fallimentare;
6. il paradosso campano è caratterizzato (anche) dal fatto che invece la nomina dei “Tecnici” (primari ospedalieri, direttori di filiali bancarie, degli uffici postali, presidi di scuole, impiegati di centri commerciali tipo Ikea, Vulcano buono, autisti di autobus ecc. ecc.) è fatta o suggerita dai politici;
7. per dirla in altri termini, qui in Campania, si ha l’impressione che i politici (quelli di prima e quelli attuali), affaccendati in clientele, appalti, assunzioni e concorsi, non gestiscano il bene pubblico o lo gestiscano per i loro affari;
